Skybus Airlines to be DELAYED indefinately

Skybus Airlines is expected to file for bankruptcy.

The low-cost airline--based in Ohio-- could not keep up with high fuel cost and a sagging economy.

All of skybus airlines' four hundred and fifty employees are expected to be laid off.

Skybus spokesman Bob Tenebaum says the airline will fully refund any flight scheduled through September.

Teenage Student accused of making bombs

A South Carolina High School student is charged with possessing materials to make bombs.

Police say 18-year-old Ryan Schallenberger had ten pounds of ammonium nitrate and a journal full of plans on bombing Chesterfield High School.

Police also say Schallenberger had great admiration for the Columbine killers- who killed 13 students nine years ago.

Schallenberger is one of the top students at Chesterfield High School and won the Newberry College Award last year.

His hearing is set for Monday.

A Public Official involved in a sex scandal...stop me if you've heard it before

The Ohio Governor is calling for Ohio state attorney to resign because of a sex scandal.

Attorney General Marc Dann says he plans to stay in office after details of an affair with a colleague surfaced.

A couple of months ago, Dann’s close aid was fired and his policy chief resigned for sexual harassment.

In a letter written by Governor Ted Strickland he wrote that Dann could no longer effectively hold his position—therefore must resign.
